A sixteen day arts festival in and around Lewes, where artists show work in studios, houses, potteries, farms, churches and even windmills. In 2026 there were more than 170 venues. It is held every September and is often called Lewes Artwave. Visitors pick up a printed guide or use the website to plan a route between venues, which are spread across the town and the villages of the South Downs.
