Yasmin David was a British landscape painter, born in 1939. She was the daughter of Lorna Garman Wishart and Laurie Lee. She lived for most of her life at Luscombe in Devon and painted the landscape near Dartmoor. After her death in 2009 her daughter, the film-maker Clio David, found over two hundred unseen paintings and drawings at the family home, which led to a solo exhibition at The New Art Gallery Walsall in 2021.
