Hannah Walsh is a New Zealand-born painter based in St Ives, with a studio in Zennor. She trained in architecture at Victoria University of Wellington, and that training shapes the shifts of scale in her paintings of the natural world close up. Working in oil, watercolour and mixed media, she builds intimate micro worlds from automatic marks, foraging and drawing. She completed a residency at Porthmeor Studios in 2025.
