Florence To is a Scottish artist and art director who makes light and sound installations for particular architectural spaces. She studied design at The Glasgow School of Art, working in tailoring and textiles, before turning to digital and spatial work around 2011. Her works include NOQTURNL with the sound designer John Connell, and she has held residencies at the Société des Arts Technologiques in Montreal and the 4DSOUND Spatial Sound Institute in Budapest, as well as a creative fellowship with clinical neuroscientists in Edinburgh.
