Anne Bevan is a Scottish visual artist and sculptor, born in 1965. She works across sculpture and other visual media, and she teaches as a lecturer at Edinburgh College of Art, where she combines her own practice with the training of younger artists. Her work has been shown in Scotland, including in exhibitions alongside other Scottish artists in regional museums and galleries. Her career is typical of many artist teachers in Britain, who keep a studio practice running while passing on skills in making and thinking about art to students.
