Junko Mori

Junko Mori is a Japanese artist, born in 1974, who is based in Wales. She works mainly in metal, making sculptures that are built up from many parts and are usually linked in theme to her observations of living things, especially plants. The metals she uses range from silver to mild steel, and her pieces run from small tabletop works to large sculptures. Her style draws on a metalworking and sculptural education in both Japan and the United Kingdom.
