Adrian Wiszniewski is a Scottish painter born in 1958. He emerged from Glasgow School of Art in the early 1980s and is counted among the New Glasgow Boys, the group that revived figurative painting in Scotland in the late twentieth century. The other members were Steven Campbell, who was a close friend of his, Peter Howson and Ken Currie. The four studied under teachers such as Alexander Moffat and went on to win national and international attention during the 1980s. His own work remained figurative and has been shown in Scotland and abroad.
